The event will take place on October 6-7 in Goiania (GO)
PROIFES-Federação is promoting, on October 6 and 7, the Second National Meeting of Science and Technology. Under the title “Science and Technology Policies for the Reconstruction of Brazil”, the event will be held at the headquarters of the Federation of Teachers of Federal Universities of Goiás (Adufg-Sindicato), in Goiania (GO).
The activities will start on Thursday (06) at 8:30 am, and will be followed by the opening ceremony. Next, a discussion will take place on the topic “Science and Sovereignty”. Starting at 2 p.m., the discussion will be on “Guidelines for the Resumption of Investments in National Science.” The first day of the event will end with a meeting of the PROIFES Science and Technology Working Group (WG), which will discuss the resources needed to rebuild areas such as science, technology and innovation in the country.
The program begins on Friday (07) at 10 am with the conference “Policies for the Reconstruction of Science and Technology in Brazil”. From 2 pm, a technical meeting will take place. The meeting will end at 17:00.
