Next Friday, December 22, Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBAV3) will pay the dividend decided by shareholders at the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting held on April 27, 2023.

The value is R$0.34580615046 per share, for a total of R$206,042,831.20.

The payment of these dividends depends on the position of shareholders on 27 April 2023, and since 28 April 2023 (inclusive), the Company’s shares are trading “except” for this dividend.
