appears in The official diary of the federation (DOU), this Monday (9/10), new opening notices for three bodies associated with Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), namely: the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), the Renato Archer Center for Information Technology (CTI), and the National Center for Monitoring and Warning of Natural Disasters (Comaden).
Together they offer 166 vacancies for technician and researcher positions, in higher education. Check out details of each of the selections below:
National Institute for Space Research (INPE) – 93 vacancies
Selection offers 93 vacancies, with 44 opportunities to work in the field of science and technology research — 43 vacancies for the position of assistant researcher (first criterion) and vacancies for associate researcher (first criterion). The remuneration can reach R$ 14,274.86 and R$ 16,134.86 respectively.
Moreover, it is also offered 49 vacancies for the technology development profession, with 21 vacancies for a full-fledged technical position (first criterion) and 28 vacancies for a junior technician (first criterion). Salaries can reach R$ 12,634.13 and R$ 11,186.69 respectively.
Registration will be open from October 31 to December 4. Those interested can register via Website of the organizing committee, Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGF). Registration fees will be:
- R$110 for a junior technician and R$130 for a full-time technician;
- R$140 for the research assistant and R$160 for the co-researcher.
The competition will consist of the following stages: objective tests of an exclusionary and categorical nature (only for candidates for work in the field of technological development); Discursive tests of an exclusionary and categorical nature; Oral examination and memorial defence, of a rating nature only (only for candidates for a research career in science and technology); Proof of titles of a taxonomic nature only.
Renato Archer Center for Information Technology (CTI) – 49 vacancies
Under the organization of the Brazilian Center for Research Evaluation, Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe), The competition offers 49 vacancies, including three vacancies for a researcher position and 46 vacancies for a technical position. Salaries can reach R$9,962.64. The wage may be increased by rewarding qualifications and scholarships.
The public tender will consist of the following stages:
- a) Objective written tests of an exclusionary and categorical nature;
- b) Oral examination of an exclusionary and categorical nature;
- c) General defense of a monument of a secret nature, with the exception of junior technician positions;
- D) Analysis of titles and biographies of a classification nature.
Registration requests will only be accepted online, through the event’s official page, from November 9 to 28. The registration fee is R$ 190 for the position of research associate; R $ 168 for a full technical position 2; R$ 148 for full technical position 1; And 130 Brazilian riyals for beginner technician 1.
National Center for Natural Disaster Monitoring and Warning (Simaden) – 24 vacant positions
The general competition for the National Center for Monitoring and Warning of Natural Disasters (Simaden) provides 24 vacant positions, including: 17 for the position of full technician I that it 7 for the position of Research Assistant i. The pay amounts to R$11,467.30 and R$14,274.53 respectively, plus benefits.
The selection of a technician will consist of the following stages: objective written tests for specific knowledge and practical writing of titles and CV. The registration period begins on October 23 and continues until November 23. Interested parties can register through the website of the AOCP Institute, the selection organizing committee. The registration fee is R$ 160 for both positions.
