How much does it cost to enter the UK?

An electronic travel authorization costs £10 (about R$61) and is valid for two years.

The document can be requested online, through the application or through site From the UK Government, it can take up to three working days to be ready or longer for more detailed verification.

After the approval of the application, the citizen will receive a confirmation by email. Additionally, the document will be electronically attached to the passenger’s passport.

Authorization to travel to Europe

Initially planned for May 2023, the implementation of ETIAS, which stands for European Travel Information and Authorization System, has been postponed to 2024.

Starting next year, with a yet-to-be-specified date, Brazilians will have to pay €7 (about R$38) to obtain a travel authorization to enter any country that is part of the Schengen area.
