Taesa (TAEE11) goes ex-dividend on May 16; Regulatory profit in 4Q23 was R$301.1 million

Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica (TAEE11) achieved regulatory net profit in the fourth quarter of 2023 (4Q23), which reflects the company's cash generation, of R$301.1 million, a decrease of 22.2% year-on-year.

IFRS consolidated net profit reached R$481.7 million, an increase of 2011%.

On Wednesday, November 6, Taesa's Board of Directors approved the dividend allocation proposal for fiscal year 2023, which will be submitted for approval at the shareholders' meeting.

R$390.3 million of additional dividends, equivalent to R$1.13 per unit, will be paid on May 16, 2024.

Taesa will hold a shareholders' meeting to approve the 2023 financial year results and its proposed allocation.
