Students from Amazonas participate in Mostratec, the largest science and technology fair in Latin America

Three works from Amazonas will be exhibited at the 38th Mostratic International Science and Technology Fair. Students from Manaus will represent their state at the exhibition that will be held in Novo Hamburgo-RS, at the FENAC Event Center, from 24 to 26 October 2023, from 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with free entry. This event is considered the largest of its kind in Latin America and is organized by Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha. The exhibition will include representatives from 15 countries and 22 states, in addition to the federal district. Young researchers analyze topics in the areas of tool making, learning improvement and breast cancer.

From Manaus, from the Matthias Machlin Foundation, comes the work titled Smashtoresearched by Emmanuel de Lima Ribeiro, Adriel Santana da Silva and Catarini Nascimento de Oliveira.

In addition to Brazil, students from the following countries are participating: Argentina, Colombia, Denmark, Spain, Indonesia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine.

Educational awards and incentives are offered by 30 organizations, and are valued at more than R$ 1 million. Among the institutions that will award prizes are: Legislative Assembly/RS, Casio Educação, NH City Hall, NH City Council, Brazilian Navy, Federal Council of Industrial Technicians, Regional Council of Industrial Technicians/RS Feevale, Unisinos, Faccat, Ulbra, University. La Salle, Faculdades QI, Faculdade IENH, Killing, Village, IBTeC, Sicredi, among others.

One of the new features of this edition is the signed partnership with Sebrae. The entity is also cooperating in organizing the event.
