The team from Mad Science, a Canadian children’s entertainment company approved by NASA, will hold science workshops at a shopping mall in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo. Lessons are free.
According to those in charge of the mall, children will perform science experiments, physics and chemical reactions supervised by “mad scientists.” The program aims to show that science is for all ages.
The activities are aimed at children aged 4 years and above, and take place until October 15, on the second floor of the Miramar Shopping Department Store, on Euclid da Cunha Street, 21, in the Gonzaga neighborhood. The free science workshops are in celebration of Children’s Day, which is celebrated on Thursday (12).
It takes place from Monday to Friday, from 12 noon to 7:30 pm; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.; Sunday and public holidays from 12 noon to 8:15 pm. Classes are organized on a first-come, first-served basis every 30 minutes.
