Claudio Castro has appointed a Covid-19 Vaccine Adviser to the Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation. His name was published in the Official Gazette on Friday (16) Alain Binho Lira and it appears on social networks against the flag and the result of the 2022 elections.
