“In the upcoming episodes, Brett will meet a surprising character from the past. After that, they will have a date,” Andrea Newman commented.
The interaction is scheduled to take place in “A Beautiful Life,” the eighth episode of the eleventh season of Chicago Fire. The chapter airs in the United States on November 16.

According to fans, Greg Grainger represents an interesting alternative. The character was introduced in season 9, and it didn’t take him long to develop a strong relationship with Brett.
The characters even dated a few episodes, but Brett decided to end the relationship due to Casey’s feelings.
In that short period, Grainger and Brett have become a very dynamic couple. In other words: the return of the character could destabilize the plot of the Chicago Fire.

Another candidate is Zach Torbett, a hazmat specialist who made his debut in Season 6.
