Game Informer has released a preview of Outcast: A New Beginning with 15 minutes of never-before-seen footage. The excerpt follows moments of exploration and combat, highlighting skills and details of the open world.

A sequel to the classic action-adventure game is in development by Appeal Studios. In the game, players embark on a journey on the alien planet Adelpha, where the Talans encounter problems with hostile creatures and a robot invasion.

To do this, the protagonist will use laser weapons and an energy shield while carrying out his mission on the planet. Additionally, Outcast: A New Beginning will offer an improved exploration system, with jetpack and glider mechanics.
