The Board of Directors of Weg (WEGE3), at a meeting held on Tuesday, 19, approved the payment of equity interest (JCP) in the total amount of R$ 242,343,339.89, equivalent to R$ 0.057764706 per share, to shareholders on March 22, 2024.
From March 25, 2024 onwards, the shares will trade at “ex-interest interest”.
The JCP payment will be made on August 14, 2024 and will be made in a net amount of R$0.049100000 per share, less 15% withholding income tax.
