Saquarema – The City of Saquarema, through the Municipal Health Department, has begun vaccinating priority groups in the national influenza vaccination campaign. All health centers in the city are able to administer the vaccine.

The first priority group to receive the vaccine consists of children aged 6 months to <6 years (5 years, 11 months, 29 days); Health workers from public and private services, at different levels of complexity; pregnant women. People outside these priority groups identified by the Ministry of Health will not be vaccinated.

Vaccination is now available at all health centers in the city, which are open from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year, the D-Day for the influenza vaccination campaign will be Saturday (13).
