Coming on TV next Saturday, a series will likely upset Earth planners, deniers, ideologists, and other “doers” who tend to despise – when they don’t – the scientific method.
“Periscope” is the name of the production dedicated to demonstrating the value and importance of scientific research and experiments.
Produced by Riccardo Giaroli, it will consist of eight chapters that will always be shown on Saturdays.
What’s behind the great discoveries, who are their heroes, and how do multiple disciplines interact and work together to lead to a discovery (of a product or method) that advances medicine, agriculture, or the environment?
This is what Periscope suggests to tell viewers in a simple way.
So it is clear that the heroes of the TV series Cultura are the “famous” … scientists, researchers and scientific experiments!
With interviews with researchers from different regions and a lot of work in the field, the first version will be broadcast on Saturday (3/7), starting at 8:30 pm.
In addition, the attraction will showcase the evolution of sustainability in the fertile spaces for animal and plant life.
The premiere, on Saturday (3), shows the meeting of the indigenous Wharaná community, of the Sateré-Maué ethnic group, with the world. Sonia Alfaya, researcher at Inpa (National Institute for Research in the Amazonian Region).
