Elon Musk’s futuristic pickup truck Tesla arrives in Brazil five years after its launch in the United States. The Cybertruck was imported by a luxury car shop in Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina, and is valued at approximately R$3 million.
One of Tesla’s most controversial launches, the Cybertruck was introduced five years ago, but the company was only able to launch it at the end of 2023. Elon Musk delivered the first units in the United States of America.
In Brazil, many distributors face a waiting list to be able to import the model. After an extensive documentation process, Boca Mafra Premium took the initiative and received the model from a partner importer, who brought the Cybertruck by ship to SC. The company’s business advisor, Bruno Henrique, confirms that the car attracts everyone’s attention, whether they like the model or not. It is a futuristic car that captures everyone’s imagination, regardless of their age. Although it does not satisfy everyone, it reminds us of childhood drawings on the one hand, but also of the coming of the future.” Itataia.
Curiosity has led to increased demand. “Many are curious, but many potential buyers have analyzed the business,” he explains. In the USA, the Cybertruck is available in two versions: the basic version costs US$79,990, or R$390,000, and the Cyberbeast costs US$99,990 (R$500,000) – excluding import taxes to Brazil.
