Numerous setbacks have seen the return of the recording of the first episode of the new season of the music reality show The Masked Singer Brasil, which returns to broadcast on the 21st on TV Globo.

The main “bottleneck” was audience comfort. This is because the program changed part of the structure and the entire audience had to stand up. Since many edits and re-recording of many scenes needed to be made, there was great discomfort in this regard. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable that part of the audience reported that one of the photographers “also lost her temper at one point and, due to the extreme tension, called some people in the audience trash.”

Many scenes had to be re-recorded because there was also disorganization when the first customers entered. The first two were entered and registered, but the recordings were stopped because the administration changed the order in which participants entered. A lot of time was wasted deciding who should open the program with singing. Presenter Yvette Sangallo also did not escape mistakes and had to re-record many lines, as did the dancers who also had to re-record many takes.

The height of tension during the recordings was precisely at the end of the program when a TV Globo employee tried to convince people to come back the next day, because the management was not satisfied with the final result of the first program.

The broadcaster's main concern was that the audience was once again divided into specialized areas, and since they had not accurately calculated the division of spaces in relation to the audience, the management found when looking at the recordings that it appeared that the audience would be larger and wider. It took approximately seven hours for the recording to be completed with all the necessary adjustments. . The audience arrived at the studios around 12:30 PM, were given a snack, and until the end no more food was served.

Another moment that also caught the audience's attention was the very significant change to maintain the authenticity of the program. The audience had to leave the studio when one of the participants was eliminated. This procedure was approved by the administration after the names of those deleted were leaked in previous versions.

Besides the problems…

The first program featured four masked characters: a head of lettuce, a little fish (which the audience indicated was the worst costume), an avocado and a mermaid. The mermaid and avocado were the most voted on by the audience.

Speaking of voting, this was the cause of another unexpected event in the recordings. The show did not give numbers to the nominees, and some had to guess on the assumption that they would be “left to right,” rather than in order of presentation.

In the end there was a new battle between Etzinho and Pé de Alface, and Etzinho ended up being the first to be eliminated from this new season.
