In the document, Petrobras records that this measure entered into force for new employees as of September 1, 2023 and that “on September 29, 2023, the Executive Board approved and determined the implementation of the amendments aimed at updating the new clause of the health plan in existing contracts entails high risks to continuity.” and operational security, which must be implemented by the first quarter of 2024.”
