Itaúsa (ITSA3, ITSA4) informed on Monday the 13th that the quarterly payment scheduled for 01/02/2024 will be in the form of equity interest (JCP) in the amount of R$ 0.0235295 per share, with 15% income tax withheld, Resulting in a net benefit of R$0.02 per share.
This interest, paid in advance on the mandatory dividend for 2023, will be calculated on the final shareholding position on 11/30/2023 and will be recorded individually for each shareholder in the company’s records on 12/20/2023.
