Last Tuesday 12th, Institute Ipsos He released the annual ranking of the twelve most influential brands in Brazil. Eight of them are in the technology sector and only two are national.
Six criteria were used to assess brand impact: cooperation; Confidence; Presence; Social responsibility Online engagement and brand performance during the pandemic. See the full ranking:

- 5. Lugas Americana
- 6. Amazon
- 7. Facebook and Mastercard
- 8. Natura and Nestlé
- 9. Duty Free
- 10. Microsoft
The two national names given in the survey featured in different evaluation criteria. Lojas Americanas earned points in the online engagement dimension, while Natura was the brand most associated with social responsibility among all those analyzed in the survey.
“Influential brands are those that are seen and heard. Being visible is part of the way to create impact, inspire people, and motivate consumer engagement. These brands not only sell services or products, but also form opinions and establish behavioral models to follow,” says President CEO Marcus Cagliari.
“Hardcore beer fanatic. Falls down a lot. Professional coffee fan. Music ninja.”
