Three companies whose shares trade on B3, the Brazilian stock exchange, released earnings information (interest on principal or dividends) the previous day. Check out the details:
Standardization (FIQE3)
The Board of Directors of Unifique Telecomunicações (FIQE3) has approved the payment of interest on private capital (JCP) in the aggregate aggregate amount of R$15 million, equivalent to R$0.042486946 per share.
The JCP payment will be made in one installment to be paid on July 26, 2023.
Shareholders will be entitled to hold shares of the company on July 14, 2023.
Accordingly, shares will be trading interest-free on B3 from July 17, 2023, inclusive.
TIM (TIMS3)
TIM (TIMS3) has reported that it will bring forward the JCP interest payment to July 12th.
The payment date is tentatively set for July 25th.
JCP was disclosed in a notice to shareholders on June 12, 2023. The amount is R$290 million. The amount per share is 0.119795497 R$.
June 22, 2023 is the date for determining which shareholders are eligible for the JCP.
Shares acquired after this date are interest free on equity distribution rights.
Melnik (MELK3)
Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário (MELK3) reported that its Board of Directors has approved payment of the total balance of supplementary dividend on July 25, 2023.
These profits were announced at the Annual and Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on April 28, 2023.
The total amount is R$33,300,742.48, which corresponds to R$0.16443207624 per share.
Holders of shares issued by the Company on the base date of April 28, 2023 are entitled to.
