Champions of the competition in 2021, in Italy, Brazil is seeking its second title in the Men’s Nations League. The tournament, which has been in existence since 2018 and is held annually, Russia was champion in the first two editions (2018 and 2019). After not being held in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the competition returned in 2021, with the Brazilian Championship. In 2022, France won the title. In addition to the title in 2021, Brazil finished fourth in 2018 and 2019, and were eliminated in the semifinals in 2022.

The final stage of the 2023 edition will be held in Gdańsk, Poland, from July 19-23.
