The man said that in 1998, he had a Lego piece stuck to his nose while playing. To try to remove it, he put together a doll made from the same type of toy and tried to remove the stuck piece, but he was unsuccessful. “Unfortunately, the head also got stuck in my nose and only the small body came out.”
After trying to solve the problem on his own, he told his parents.“I remember my mom tilting my head back and putting forceps on my nose and pulling that head out,” he told the magazine. The family believed every toy had been removed and did not seek medical attention.
Norton celebrated the game’s retirement after 26 years. “I can breathe deeply through my nose without feeling anything stuck, which is something I couldn’t do before.”
The man said he should keep the piece that flew out of his nose as a “silly souvenir.” He also plans to see a doctor.
“All my life, I’ve had problems with sinusitis, allergies and congestion,” Norton said.“Because I am allergic to cats, dogs, grass, many local trees, and dust and have always been exposed to one or more of these things, I have lived my life assuming that any congestion problems are simply caused by allergies.”
