Inter signs striker Lucas Alario

Club Internacional has concluded negotiations to announce the signing of striker Lucas Alario. The Argentine has signed a permanent contract with Clube do Povo until December 2025.

A top scorer wherever he plays, the striker started his career at Colón-ARG, arriving at River Plate-ARG in 2015, where he became very prominent and was CONMEBOL Libertadores champion in the same year. The following season, Alario scored three goals in the Copa Argentina final and played a major role in the team's title.

In 2017, he was traded to Bayer Leverkusen, and spent five seasons with the German team. After that, the player moved to Eintracht Frankfurt, the club where he has been since 2022.

In addition to his notable appearances, Alario also played spells with the Argentine national team. With nearly 200 appearances in European football, the striker is on track to qualify for Colorado's group this season.
