The Belo Horizonte City Hall (PBH) will keep the São Cristóvão, Rio Branco and São Paulo Health Centers open on Saturday (1) to ensure care for people with symptoms of dengue, Zika, chikungunya and respiratory diseases. On Sunday (2), the consultations will be held exclusively at the Rio Branco Health Center. Working hours are from 7 am to 6 pm.
“Only on Saturday it will also be possible to vaccinate yourself in these health units against influenza, Covid-19 virus and meningitis. The strategy is part of the emergency plan of the municipal health department, ”she informs the city council in the capital.
On Saturday, it will be the bivalent vaccination against Covid-19 for people who have already been in contact with it, and the monovalent immunization for children and adolescents who are eligible to receive it. The flu vaccine will be intended for the public from the age of six months. Meningitis for people 16 years of age or older.
It must be emphasized that the presentation of vaccinations will be from 8 am to 5 pm, exclusively on Saturdays, in the units that will be open to serve the population. At the time of vaccination, it is necessary to present an identity document with a photo and a vaccination card, ”the PBH highlighted.
