Radukanu is the most sought after female athlete in England

London, England) – Despite being a year short of expectations, Emma Raducanu remains England’s biggest female sports star. According to a study conducted by Runner’s Need, she is the most searched British athlete on Google, the number one media mention among female tennis players in the country, and third overall across all sports.

Between April and October 2022, the average monthly search volume for the 2021 US Open champion was 1.83 million. In terms of media coverage, football player Harry Kane, with about 178 thousand mentions, Ben Stokes (cricket), 78.5 thousand, and Raducanu, 59.7 thousand and the rate of positive effects reached 66%.
