With a new phone, the Health Appointment Center in São José dos Campos is now operated by a new company – Life Informa

From Saturday (1), the City of São José dos Campos will have a new company running the City Hall Health Appointment Service. The Urbam Tecnology Center (UTC) will be responsible for contacting users of the municipal network to schedule appointments for specialties and examinations, through the new telephone of the Health Appointment Center: (12) 3500-8909.

Attendees will contact the patient to set up an appointment, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, UTC will be able to send SMS to patients to confirm the appointment or test, with answer options Press 1 for Yes and Press 2 no.

It should be noted that the call center number does not receive calls and that to obtain more information or clarify doubts, the citizen must contact Central 156 via phone, website or application.

According to the City Council, the Health Scheduling Center makes about 300,000 calls per month. However, scheduling can be hampered by outdated phone records, from both residents’ landline and cell phone numbers.

To avoid this problem and potential hurdles in registrations, City Hall recommends that citizens keep their phone numbers up to date. This can be done through Service 156, through the Saúde na Mão app or in person at the UBS reception opposite each person’s address.
