The UK is considering reducing travel restrictions on those receiving the two-dose Covit-19 vaccine, which could help airlines that threaten to sue.

Pressure is mounting in the aviation sector and airlines want to ease restrictions until July and peak hours, which are highly lucrative, but the UK is listening to isolated requirements that prevent travel.

Ryanair, the largest European airline, is expected to file a lawsuit against the United Kingdom on Thursday (17) over its travel guidance. However, it is a sign that the country is easing operations.

On Thursday, the Department of Transportation said it was examining how vaccines could be used for incoming flights. More than half of British adults have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, which is more prevalent in the country than in other parts of Europe.

According to newspaper reports Daily Telegraph, Following an EU (EU) move, the UK is considering getting full vaccinated tourists who can avoid the Covit-19 exams and isolation starting in July.

“We have begun work to look at the role of the vaccine in differentiating health and screening measures for incoming flights,” a government spokesman said Thursday.

Ryanair, like British Airways and EasyJet, has repeatedly called on the government to allow vaccinated passengers to avoid compulsory isolation and to ease restrictions on certain low-risk countries.

Ryaner’s CEO called the British travel order “tricky” and the company’s frustration now wants to sue the government over its “opaque system” for evaluating travel destinations in green, amber or red.

According to programs being studied by the government, those who have received two doses of the vaccine against Govt-19 can avoid an isolation when returning from amber-listed countries, but they still need to be explored, reports say. Daily Telegraph.

When asked about the report, Treasury Secretary Jesse Norman told Sky News that nothing was questionable when considering how to reactivate the travel sector.

“We are trying to move in the right direction carefully and gradually, so I will not notice anything at this time,” he said.
