The export of the Fiat Pulse from Brazil starts at R$159,639.

Fiat Pulse’s international tracks are just beginning to appear. Only along the most visible border. Unlike in Brazil where the Pulse is sold in manual drive, Drive CVT, Drive Turbo CVT, Audace Turbo CVT and Impetus Turbo CVT versions, in Argentina it left Fiat Audace and Drive Turbo. This means that the only version with a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine is the best compact SUV.

So, the Pulse starts at 3,310,000 pesos ($142,620) with manual drive, goes up to 3,510,000 pesos ($151,290) with the CVT gearbox and actually jumps to 3,705,000 (159). , 639 Brazilian riyals) at the top of the line Impetus. Here in Brazil, Pulse costs less. It starts at R$89,990 in the Manual Drive version and goes up to R$98,290 with the CVT gearbox. The cost of the Impetus Turbo engine is R$ 125,590. The Drive turbo and Audace versions, which have been phased out in Argentina, respectively, cost R$107,490 and R$113,990.

Less power in the Fiat Pulse

Due to the lack of a flex system, the performance numbers for the Fiat Pulse in Argentina change slightly in relation to the Brazilian system. The 1.3 Firefly four-cylinder engine generates 99 hp versus 98 hp from the Brazilian Pulse when fueled with gasoline. With ethanol it reaches 107 hp.

Already the 1.0 turbocharged three-cylinder 125 hp in Argentina and Brazil when supplied with gasoline. Our flex version gets 130 horsepower, but that’s when you use a fuel derived from sugarcane. The transmission is unchanged: 5-speed manual for the naturally aspirated 1.3 engine, CVT for the Drive 1.3 engine and for the Empitus 1.0 turbo.
