Talk & Taste arrives in Manaus with a special menu by Chef Pedro Matos

This version is supported by the Brazilian Small and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae), which will take the producers of some of the ingredients from the region found in the recipes for the dishes to be served.

Chef Pedro Matos

Guest Chef, Pedro Matos, is a hit with his menu that combines a mixture of traditional cuisine and ingredients typical of the Amazon region. In addition, he also signs the author’s list, inspired by his participation in MasterChef Brasil (Band).

Born in Rio de Janeiro, the chef has worked in restaurants in Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Paris, Barcelona and in various cities in the United States, where he immersed himself in fusion cuisine, a style that specializes in blending different culinary traditions.

The Talk & Taste format is designed to provide an experience that goes beyond what the Sabor & Arte channel can offer. Previous versions were organized in São Paulo, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Ilhabela (the northern coast of South Africa), Salvador and Joao Pessoa.

Talk & Taste Manaus will be available to Sabor & Arte subscribers across the country in a special that will air on November 12 at 9 PM.
