Scholars from Universities of Sao Paulo (USP) e Federal of São Paulo (Unifesp) They want to launch a mobile app that is able to give feedback to a user’s plate in terms of health. But for the device to become a reality, the residents must give power. Just take pictures of the meals themselves.
“We need to have a large number of images to train the machine,” explains nutritionist Ders Marchionne, from the University of the South Pacific. “It is important to note that the data is confidential,” confirms Josiane Stilotti, a nutritionist at Unifesp.
How to participate

1- Service itself
There is no secret here: prepare your meal naturally. Worth lunch or dinner, whatever.
2- Registration
Before starting to eat, take a photo of the entire plate (with the edges). It does not have to include candy and drinks.
3- Send
Access here And send the picture. You can repeat the process on the following meals.
