The Araucária Foundation and the Supervisory Authority for Science, Technology and Higher Education (Seti) will hold on Monday (24), from 2 pm, the online ceremony to launch the Public Call for Technology Innovation Centers (NITS) and the opening of the Innovation Zone Committee.
The aim is to fund the maintenance and strengthening of existing technology innovation centers in Paraná, and to enhance the training of teams to transform into innovation agencies (AGI’s). The resource available in this notice is R $ 1.5 million.
NITS promotes innovation, technology transfer, training, capacity building, and use of the IP system. They are disseminators of using technology in university context and in research centers.
The public advocacy also comes in the context of the new Paraná Innovation Act, whose scope includes support for innovation environments, such as universities’ technology innovation centers, incubators, accelerators and technology parks in all regions of the state.
The event will be broadcast on the Araucária Foundation’s YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCgsg5lU-RLiy6I5wdAf3oLQ.
