Justice returns Wesley Savadao’s plane

The Court of Justice of Paraná (TJ-PR) has authorized Wesley Safadão to return to use the luxury jet that was seized and banned last week due to the impasse over ownership of the aircraft. The plane was ordered in a lawsuit brought by a group of investors injured by businessman Francisley da Silva, known as the “Bitcoin Sheik,” to offset debts.

The new decision is the result of an appeal with a motion for suspensive effect, filed by WS Shows, Safadão’s company, which asked TJ-PR to keep the aircraft in the TAM Hangar, where it is located.

In the suit, the substitute judge in the second instance, Evandro Portugal, agreed with arguments put forward by the company, such as the high costs of crippling the aircraft, which could lead to premature deterioration. The court also claimed that “the transfer is necessary for the singer to carry out his professional activities.”

It should also be noted that the singer and his partners financed the purchase of the luxury jet and when it was taken over, in a note sent to EstadaoThe singer’s warning said he was “another victim of this process” and was “surprised by the decision”. The artist spent Christmas in Orlando, US with his family and has not commented on the issue update.
