guilty feeling! The judge ruled that Tesla violated US labor laws

Elon Musk lives only in controversy on Twitter. According to the complaint filed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Florida, USA, Tesla is accused of violating the labor rights of its employees.

Under the indictment, a US labor judge on Wednesday (26) condemned Tesla’s approach and directed the company to stop trying to prevent its employees from exercising their rights under US labor laws.

The employees in question work at a service center in Orlando, Florida and the topics discussed include: hiring, suspension and termination. As directed by the NLRB, Tesla must use notice intervals to post multilingual notices of the decision at the facility, as well as communicate via email to all current and former employees of the company by December 13, 2021.

  • In 2021, some employees who questioned why the new members were getting paid more were silenced;
  • They were given illegal orders by their supervisors, forced to follow the chain of command, and barred from questioning higher management;
  • In January 2022, Orlando was suspended by the supervisors of a technician who emailed to schedule a meeting with the company’s vice president of sales, service and distribution to discuss concerns.

Offender again

This isn’t the first time Tesla has run into trouble with the NLRB. In 2019, the company was accused of illegally retaliating against pro-union employees. In addition, lawsuits over union gains have also been raised, and another firing in California of two employees who discussed working conditions is being investigated.
