Capcom Asks If Fans Want More Games Like Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

Through the survey, the company wants to know which players would like to see the perks receive the treatment given to the new Dead Rising.

More games like Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster could be on the way depending on player responses to Capcom’s survey.

Following the release of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, Capcom released a reconnaissance Where you ask what other games are “Deluxe Remaster” Players would like to see it in the future.

The new game in the Dead Rising series is effectively a remake of the 2006 game, using the RE Engine graphics engine to breathe new life into the visuals, as well as gameplay and quality of life improvements. However, it has been criticized by some fans for censoring or changing aspects of the original game too much.

Capcom asks in the poll (via VGCIf players want to see more games like this in the future, there are also options in the answers to choose between a complete remake or a simpler remaster, just with improvements in resolution.

Additionally, players are asked which franchises they would like to see get the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster treatment, with the following options: Dino Crisis, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry, Power Stone, Resident Evil, Onimusha, Darkstalkers, and Okami.

The survey also asks if fans want to see more Dead Rising games in the future. If they do, they are asked if they would prefer a Deluxe Remaster, a Remake, or a completely new game.
