Anitta is the latest celebrity to enter the hall of the famous Madame Tussauds wax museum in New York, USA. The singer shared photos from the photoshoot for the digital cast of the statue on Friday (13). About 20 professionals will work to make the piece, which should be ready within six months.
The wax statue will be made in London, and transported to New York for display. The singer did not hide her enthusiasm. “I am so honored! I can’t wait for my wax statue to be at Madame Tussauds in New York,” Anita wrote.
To create the piece, Anitta had to be photographed from different angles, taking measurements of her body and even using a machine that recognized her face in 3D. The look chosen for the performance: ripped jeans, shiny panties on display, and a T-shirt with the words “Girl from Rio”, the Portuguese name for her new album, on display.
Madame Tussauds is a museum with wax statues of famous people, it is headquartered in London and has branches all over the world. Other Brazilians have statues in the museum, such as Neymar, in Orlando and Alessandra Ambrosio, in the New York branch.
