Millionaire population 432 Park Avenue, a skyscraper located on the so-called Billionaire Row (Billionaires Street) in Manhattan (New York), decided to sue Real estate developers responsible for the project. They have paid a fortune to own apartments, some of which are 195.1 square meters, which have panoramic views of the Hudson River and Central Park and many luxuries.
The measure only got to this point after some 1,500 alleged defects in the luxury housing, including faulty elevators, flooding, blackouts, and noise, had not been resolved. This is part of the problems billionaires face amidst their enormous square feet.
Inside the apartments, luxury promises: spacious rooms, bathrooms with a view, huge living rooms and kitchens, accentuated by windows that offer a privileged view of Manhattan.
Among the owners of the apartments in the luxury building are singer and actress Jennifer Lopez and Saudi businessman Fawaz Al Hokair.
See below a video showing the interior of the building’s roof, valued at US$169 million (about R$903 million).
