Capitol Pedaler Big Red Bike

Capitol Pedaler Big Red Bike

Last year I had the chance to interview and actually ride the Capitol Pedaler’s Big Red Bike. It was a lovely afternoon spent talking to Linda and Sandy, the lucky owners of this red ton of fun. I captured the interview in a series of videos that I hope you enjoy.

Special Ride the Drive

One of the reasons that I have brought Capitol Pedaler to your attention is that its Bike to Work Month, May 14-18 is National Bike to Work Week,  and June 3 is the Ride The Drive, where the length of John Nolen gets shut down for bicyclists of all ages, bicycles of all types including the Big Red bike get to ride freely without cars.

Capitol Pedaler will be a vendor for the 2012 Ride the Drive-Madison; ride along John Nolen Drive, Madison’s lake shore drive on the Capitol Pedaler.  For $10 per person you can try out the Capitol Pedaler and ride alongside thousands of bicyclists during Ride the Drive.  A fantasic way to usher in Summer and have a fun experience pedaling with a group.  Reserve your spot early! Call NOW to Reserve: 608-513-3882

There are four time slots: 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm
Reserve your seat for a particular time slot by calling Capitol Pedaler: 608-513-3882
Meet us at Old Sugar Distillery: 931 E Main Street; sign your waiver and off we go! At the end of your ride, enjoy a specially brewed beverage at the distillery and partake in the tour of their distillery.

Don’t you think you need a day out with exercise, fun and a social hour all rolled into one?
