Dear Friends,
The Lodi Valley Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance invites you to celebrate fitness on National Trails Day, June 4, by volunteering or participating in the Mammoth Fun Run & Hike in Lodi. This is a free, family oriented event! We need more volunteers to help make this event memorable to all the folks who come from near & far to hike & run on the Ice Age Trail (IAT).

Here are some volunteer opportunities:
1. bake cookies & bring to event by 7am or drop them off to Patti Herman’s porch by June 3.
2. help at the brat & burger stand, which will be in front of Lodi Sausage from 9am – 1pm.
3. Help with set up, which begins at 7am at Doctor’s Park, on the top of Main St.
4. Help at the race start (at Robertson Trail-head) or at finish (Doctors Park)
5. Help at water station
6. Help take down & clean up, which is usually finished by noon.
7. All volunteers are eligible for fabulous trail prizes donated by our generous sponsors, plus a free chair massage!

If you are able to help out, please let me know via e-mail, iwannahike@yahoo.com or call me @ 608-592-7817. All profits from the brat stand & donations from the hike & run will be used for the IAT. If you know of anyone who might be interested in helping, please forward this information to them. Thank you! Below is more information, plus I’ve attached a registration form & poster.

Thank you for your consideration. Happy Trails!
Joanna Kramer Fanney
Mammoth Fun Run & Hike Coordinator
