Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board of Directors for the School District of Lodi may be present at the Budget Hearing/ Annual meeting scheduled for August 30, 2010 to gather information about subjects over which they have decision-making responsibility.  If a majority is present, this constitutes a meeting of the Board of Directors of the School District of Lodi, as the applicable statute has been interpreted by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, although the School Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.

  3. Resolution A. to Set Salary of School Board Members
  4. Resolution B. to Authorize Reimbursement of Board Members Expenses
  5. Resolution C. to delegate the Board of Education to set the annual meeting date (as per statute 121.08”1”)
  6. Resolution E. to Dispose of Surplus Property
  7. Resolution F. to authorize the Board of Education to purchase the Ellen Bryan Trust Property
  8. Resolution G. to Adopt 2010-2011 Tax Levy:

Irrepealable Debt Service Levy………………………………………………….$2,074,953
Capital Projects Fund Levy…………………………………………………………….$50,000
General Fund Levy…………………………………………………………………..$10,866,880
Community Service Fund Levy……………………………………………………..$139,743

Proposed Motion: I move the adoption of a total tax levy of $13,131,576 of which $10,866,880 is the General Fund Levy, $50,000.00 is the Capital Projects Fund Levy, $2,074,953 is the Irrepealable Debt Service Levy, $139,743 and is the Community Service Fund Levy.
