To Whom It May Concern,

The 'DAng-Its" from Verona WI will play a Lodi High School Exchange Benefit Concert at the Roxbury Tavern

The 'Dang-Its" from Verona WI will play a Lodi High School Exchange Program Benefit Concert at the Roxbury Tavern on Sunday October 10, 4 to 6PM

Thank you for considering being a sponsor of Lodi High School Thailand exchange. Ten students from Lodi High School and three staff members will be traveling to Thailand in November for three weeks. Lodi High School has an educational cultural exchange with Thailand. Every other year students from Thailand come to the school in Lodi for three weeks and students go to Thailand alternating years. Students will stay with host families for the three weeks, go to school in Thailand, and go on other valuable and educational trips. The purpose of this exchange is to expose and educate students to new cultures.

To help off- set the costs of our trip we have been fund raising throughout summer. Our final fundraiser will be on October tenth at the Roxbury Tavern, four to six P.M. We will be having the Verona band “the Dang- Its” playing, food, beverages, and a raffle*. There will be a donation of ten dollars at the door. All profit will go directly to the exchange.

After the trip to Thailand we will also be hosting a presentation night for the community. At the presentation night we will share our experiences, what we learned, and photos. We will also answer any and all questions about our experience. We are asking for your financial support to help offset costs of the fundraising event in Roxbury. All supporters of our cultural exchange will be given recognition at this event as well as the presentation night. Thank very much for your financial consideration. Hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

The Thailand Exchange Group

* Must be present to win.
