RE-CUT was filmed in Dodgeville, Madison, Ridgeway and Spring Green, Wisconsin. Writer Dylan Manger, “My brother Fritz and I were born in Wisconsin and our parents met at UW Madison. It was important to make our first film here. The people we met and the encouragement and support we received was phenomenal. It is especially gratifying to come back and premiere it here.”

Director Fritz Manger, ”RE-CUT” presents a tale of a shocking murder in rural Wisconsin. The movie raises terrifying questions about the price of fame and the cost of ambition. We tried to address these issues over the course of the film.”
Producer Adam Silver, “Shooting “RE-CUT” on location in Wisconsin gave the film a look and feel that a sound stage in Los Angeles could never replicate. It was well worth the additional effort and expense to create the authenticity that the towns and villages of Wisconsin gave the film.”

Writer Dylan Manger and Director Fritz Manger are available for interviews. Please contact Fritz Manger at fritzmanger@hotmail.com. This is the Manger Brothers’ first film. Dylan and Fritz were born in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
