The Capital City Chapter of Muskies, Inc. announced today that the 13th annual Intermediate and Advanced Muskie School will be held on March 15th 2014. This unique all-day training opportunity will be held at the Waunakee High School.
The faculty this year has over 300 years of combined muskie fishing experience. Students will have many classes to choose from including some not offered before. Have you ever wondered what muskies see and hear when you lob out your baits? Here is a unique opportunity to see for yourself what a muskie hears, sees and senses when a fish follows your bait. Which bait makes the most racket and what sound signature do various baits generate? Find out at our kick-off session. Then more than two-dozen classes will be offered including trolling for muskies, lure demonstrations in the pool, Canadian muskies, Wisconsin River Muskies, targeting muskies in the weeds, Green Bay Muskie Fishing, Madison Chain Muskies, Making lures, basic muskie fishing, etc.
To promote youth involvement the tuition is reduced to only $10 for youth (18 or under). Tuition for adults is $34 (early-bird price) or $44 if fee received after March 10th, 2014.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and the school ends at 4:00 p.m. This school is unique and an incredibly useful and affordable opportunity to help muskie anglers learn about muskie fishing and to prepare for the 2014 season.
